Graphite electrodes for six fields of metallurgy — from foundry shops to electric-steelmaking complexes. We match the grade and size to each furnace.
Electric-arc furnaces (EAF). Current densities 25–35 A/cm², heating cycles up to 1600 °C. Minimal consumption per tonne of output.
Reduction smelting of ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochrome. Stable operation in 7–40 MVA furnaces.
Aluminium electrolysis, copper and nickel smelting. High conductivity reduces line losses.
Induction and arc foundry furnaces for cast iron, bronze, steel.
Repair and in-plant melting shops. Electrodes for heating, firing and graphitizing tooling.
Silicon, silicon carbide, synthetic graphite. Batches to individual requirements.
Three grades for any current load — RP, HP and UHP. Full size range Ø200–600 mm, up to 2700 mm long, supplied direct from the Navoi factory.
A workhorse for furnaces with moderate current loads: a stable arc and low batch cost. The go-to choice for ferroalloys and ladle units.
A larger Ø400 diameter for high-power furnaces. Shipped with the nipple fitted — sections screw together and go straight to work.
The flagship for ultra-high-power furnaces. Minimal resistivity and thermal-shock resistance mean lower graphite consumption per tonne of steel.
The three flagships are only part of the line. We manufacture electrodes in any size from Ø200 to Ø600 mm with a nipple joint per IEC 60239 and GOST 4426-80.

RP fits furnaces with moderate current load — ferroalloy production, small ladle units. HP — standard mid-power electric arc furnaces (EAF). UHP — ultra-high-power furnaces and the production of high-alloy and stainless steels. If in doubt, send us your furnace parameters (power, diameter, current density) — we'll recommend the right grade.
For legal entities, we issue an invoice using your company's registration details. After payment by bank transfer, we ship the product with a complete set of accompanying documents (VAT invoice, delivery note, etc.).
We do not deliver — pickup only from our Navoi warehouse. If needed, we can recommend transport companies our customers work with.
Legal entities — bank transfer against the issued invoice. Individuals — bank transfer or another method by agreement. The payment procedure and timing are confirmed when placing the order.
The lead time depends on stock availability and the order parameters. We confirm the exact timing when the request is placed. Non-standard sizes are made to order, with lead time quoted individually.
We manufacture graphitized electrodes Ø 200–600 mm, with a nipple connection where required. The most common sizes are Ø 300 and Ø 400 mm; other sizes are made to order. Send your technical specification to nezz_2020@gmail.com and we'll select and quote it.
Yes, for every batch we provide a quality certificate per GOST 4426-80 with the product's main physical and mechanical parameters. The document officially confirms the batch's compliance with the standard.
