General provisions
The personal data operator is Navoi Electrode Plant (the “Operator”), Navoi, Republic of Uzbekistan. The Operator's contact details are provided in the “Contacts” section.
The Policy applies to data that the user voluntarily provides through the forms on the website. By submitting a request, the user confirms consent to the processing of their data on the terms of this Policy.
What data we process
Through the website forms, the Operator receives the data that the user provides themselves: name, organization name, TIN, phone number, email address, the composition and volume of the products of interest, and the text of the message.
When visiting the website, technical data may be processed automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referral source and actions on the pages — see the “Web analytics and cookies” section.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to prepare a commercial offer, agree terms, conclude and perform the supply contract, and to contact the user regarding their request.
The legal bases for processing are the user's consent and the necessity of performing a contract to which the user is a party.
The Operator does not run marketing mailings and does not transfer data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law and the cases described in the sections on web analytics and data storage.
Web analytics and cookies
To assess website traffic, the site may use a web analytics service (Yandex.Metrica). The service uses cookies and processes anonymized data about visitor behavior; the operator of this data is the service provider.
The user may restrict or disable cookies in their browser settings. Disabling cookies does not affect the ability to submit a request.
Data storage and transfer
Requests and orders are stored in secure cloud storage. Some of the technical processing facilities may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan; in such cases, cross-border transfer is carried out subject to ensuring an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and distribution.
Biometric and genetic data are not collected or processed by the Operator.
Retention period
Data is stored for the period necessary to prepare an offer and perform obligations to the user, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a different retention period is established by law.
User rights
The user has the right to request access to their personal data, its clarification, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw previously given consent to processing.
To exercise these rights, send a request using the contact details in the “Contacts” section. The Operator reviews the request and provides a response within the period established by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
